Situation
A rapidly growing company struggled with effectively making decisions, which was stalling growth plans. As they expanded, they needed to de-centralize decisions to accelerate growth.
Assessment
We identified that the start-up culture had an inclusive and circular decision-making approach. Everyone wanted to be a part of every decision, resulting in excessive meetings and email threads, with wasted time, and lack of accountability.
